Shipping policy
1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
4. Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Packaging All peptides are shipped in secure, discreet packaging. Products are stored and shipped under appropriate conditions to maintain integrity during transit.
6. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at devinoh@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable.
8. International Shipping We currently ship to US addresses only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that importing research peptides complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
